Welcome to TenderLeads. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TenderLeads website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tenderleads South Africa (Pty) Ltd ("we," "us," or "our").

3. Service Description

TenderLeads provides an electronic tender notification service that helps businesses discover, track, and respond to government and private sector procurement opportunities in South Africa and across Africa.

Our Service includes:

  • Daily email alerts with tender opportunities matching user preferences
  • Web-based platform (dashboard) for browsing and managing tenders
  • AI-powered tender matching and fit scoring
  • Document generation services for proposal preparation

4. User Accounts & Subscriptions

4.1 Account Registration

To access our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4.2 Single User License

Each subscription is for a single user only. Sharing login credentials or allowing multiple users to access a single account is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Payment & Billing

5.1 Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit card payments and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). For EFT payments, services will be activated upon confirmation of payment receipt.

5.3 Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

5.4 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tenderleads South Africa (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

8.2 Information Accuracy

Tender information is sourced from third-party websites and government portals. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all listings.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenderLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
